In conjunction with Super Bowl 50 the Charlotte and Denver offices went head to head in a friendly food drive competition. The Denver office collected 119 items while the Charlotte office brought in 222.
Both offices agreed to add each Super Bowl team’s final points (Panthers – 10 and Broncos – 24) to their total food amount and then divide it by the number of employees in each office (Charlotte – 7 and Denver 3). R2’s Denver office won the competition by a score of 48 to 33.
Both offices donated their items to local charities. Receiving 119 items from the Denver office was the Food Bank of the Rockies, and the Charlotte office donated their 222 items to Second Harvest Food Bank.
